Hanging on the gallery wall

North Shields

A panorama up in the far North East corner of England; a woodcut in two colours of the mouth of the River Tyne at North Shields. Both colours were printed simultaneously from the same block and pictured below is the original Tulip Wood block used to make the print.
The woodcut is printed on Japanese 52gsm 'Kozo' paper and the image area measures 210mm x 600mm.
All of the prints featured in 'Hanging on the gallery wall' are  available for purchase through the email address detailed in the 'About Me' section of the blog.
