We found this little bit of quality halfway up a house wall in a Cambridgeshire village, and yes, we'd like to put this in the garden too.
Why this ornament is so complex and decorative on what, to all intents and purposes, is just an ordinary house, we don't know but either way it's a fine example of a Victorian house ornament.
We're not sure about the pointing on the brickwork to the left though.
