Home-baked and home-made

Earlier in the week it was the lovely smell of home-made marmalade being made in two batches and then, at the weekend the smell of home-baked bread.
If ever there were two items of home prepared and cooked food that go well together toast and marmalade have to be right up there near the top of the list. The boss uses flour from a local mill to make what she calls 'ordinary bread' but we can't claim the Seville oranges as local. They were bought in Ely but West Norfolk isn't noted for its orange groves. Well not yet.
Right, now for the most onerous job of all, testing the produce. Well someone has to do it.
Is the butter home-made? No. Well we could always get a Jersey cow...
