The weather is up to its tricks again. Blue sky all afternoon and barely a breeze then the wind steadily rises and the big clouds start rolling in bringing rain and sleet. By midnight all will be calm and a hard frost descending.
There's one thing about weather watching in the West Norfolk Fenland and that is that you can see the changes in the weather coming as the clouds roll across the great dome of the sky. Here we have a snow and sleet storm rolling in on its own private squall and obscuring what promised to be a really good nuclear sunset.
You can't have it all ways, well not tonight anyway.
