The North Koreans keep saying they have a full nuclear capability and the other evening we thought some of Kim Jong-il's new toys had well and truly been thrown out of out of the pram with this dazzling and blinding sunset.
It has the look of those films where a thermonuclear device has been detonated above the target as an airburst. Cheerful or what?
We were so shaken by the idea that we simply had to go indoors and quickly open a bottle of wine.
Surprise, surprise, the world looked better after a couple of glasses.
