A very well dressed moth

I do enjoy seeing these little fellows around the house, greenhouses and garden, he's called the White Ermine Moth, Spilosoma lubricipeda, so now you know, and they are common all over the United Kingdom. There is a Buff Ermine but this youngster definitely seems to be leaning heavily towards the white colouration.
As for the prefix 'Common' I don't think he looks common at all, he looks very smart in his white outfit, very smart indeed. Perhaps even fit for a post in the House of Lords or the aristocracy.
His camouflage doesn't quite work though.
