The thunderbox

We were walking the dogs one morning and there in the corner of an already harvested barley field was this little beauty. Sloping rakishly and obviously past its prime it will have been built for the relief of farm workers who needed to sharpen their sense of balance in semi-darkness.
The boss said 'did you photograph the other side ?'
Back we go, returning to the safety of the road I'm greeted with, 'did you look inside?'
No I didn't. So, yet again I trudge through the barley stubble to try the door but it wouldn't open.
The sharp-eyed will already have spotted that the door has sagged on it's hinges and the weed growth is substantial preventing it from opening. Not much good in an emergency is it, you'd hear the screams of frustration for miles.
Apparently 'we' still need to see inside and 'we' need to photograph the interior. Maybe it's a Stargate or Doctor Who's new Tardis!
Anyway I think that's a mission for the next full moon. Would you really want to be seen 'going in' during daylight hours?
