Outside the inside

The facade of Peter Carter's Fenland emporium and the office of the 'Fenman Eelman Countryman'  himself.
Having lost yourself browsing the window display for five minutes you are fully briefed and prepared for a time on the inside talking, listening and learning. You can also spend this time wisely deciding what to buy, checking out the books on rural pursuits and the countryside, the fishing tackle and numerous things you didn't know you even needed and all the time you are only one hundred yards or so from the river.
So remember, if you happen to be driving down the A1101 or the A1122 take a few hundred yard detour from either road and see if Peter is open. If he is you'll not be disappointed.
If he's shut you can always stand on one of the two bridges staring into the river spotting the rudd swimming about.
