Wind, waves and dust

      Boy, oh boy, did it blow yesterday.
      The weather lady said, 'showers would quickly blow through on the breeze'. Breeze?  She should get out and about in the weather not spend her time looking at a radar screen. It blew an absolute hooley.

      There were waves, wind lanes and foam on the rivers and drains and not to be outdone, dust clouds whirling up and away off the freshly ploughed fields. Today it's quieter, it's simply windy and it looks like rain is on the way just for good measure.
      It's time to stand the pot plants up and fix the missing slates!
