Carved in stone

Spotted whilst parked, hull down and just the turret showing, a cartouche treat appeared in the sights. A piece of cunningly carved Victorian type on a house facade complete with William Morris swags, acanthus leaves, flowers and berries. The sort of visual detailing that brightens a dull day and remains in the mind's eye for a long time afterwards.
It's a pity that sill has been painted a rather contemporary shade of pale blue, just a bit Fiat 500 we feel, but if we are offered this piece for our lettering and sculpture garden we'll strip that back to the limestone before you can say starkers.
Now, how do we get it off the wall and down thirty feet without being noticed?
This is your mission, should you choose to accept it and the delivery details are in a sealed plastic freezer bag taped to the sill but concealed from below.
