Definitely a windy week, meteorologically speaking of course.
Turn the switch to twenty four hours of gales then turn it the other way to sunny and calm then turn it back again and up a notch or two, to give much stronger winds and rain. The high speed clouds are quite wonderful giving the sky the glow of a religious painting on a church ceiling or in more prosaic terms, a covering of what we think is Stratocumulus Stratiformis.
Now it's been reset to frost and blue skies with not a breath of wind.
You can't have every thing can you? Well, weather wise you can in West Norfolk and the Fens.
