Detached and substantially built

      Another pill box in yet another exclusive position, enjoying a view any angler would love and with a swim already cut out of the reeds.
      Made of reinforced concrete and feature brick facing it must have had a big gun fitted during its working life with that large aperture. Not a 'dainty structure' by any means and like all the others it was never built for comfort, just use.
      The boss and I have heard rumours of one pill box built into a sloping bank in a garden with  a conservatory and patio on the roof; and the owners have utilised the main part of the building as a garden shed and store. 
      What you could call thinking outside the box!
