One of our spies, crawling through reed filled dykes in his gillie suit, spotted and photographed this touch of MG fever, then he sent the image to us by his fastest carrier pigeon.
The Teal Blue MGB GT in front of the white door brought a tear of nostalgia to our eyes because we had a British Racing Green specimen many years ago with a lovely vinyl sunroof. You can tell how long ago it was because we could fill the tank for five pounds, that won't even buy a gallon now!
Ah! The good old days when a fiver paid for two taxis, eight pints and a chinese meal or curry on the way home as well as a few beers on Sunday lunchtime.
Let's hope our spy is OK, ever watchful and dry, in the bottom of his rapidly filling dyke and full credit to the pigeon too for dodging the barrage of No 7 shot to get the image through safely and not full of small holes.
Now, I must ask the boss where my string backed gloves are.
