The White Rose revisited

Here she is again, the White Rose, basking in the spring sunshine and looking even worse for wear. This last winter has not been terribly kind to her.
The White Rose needs craning out and sandblasting, a bit of welding probably and then transferring to the back garden to sort out the interior and do a refit. Fettle the engine and prop-shaft and then fit new controls and accessories. What could be easier?
Then the fun job of repainting the exterior; red lead, bitumen paint on the bottom, undercoats and a lovely new livery using traditional colours, plus a white rose painted on one of her panels.
I think I feel a project coming on but the boss says forget it.
It would be a nice project though, and the fuel pump on the left needs restoring too.
      No!
