Going down

This strange old wooden houseboat, that looks very much like a bit of shed work, is slowly being reclaimed by the river as it sinks gently into the water.
Neglect, misuse, abuse and the last few months of heavy rain are taking their toll and it would take more than an enthusiastic amateur to salvage and redeem this strange vessel.
Bizarrely the river is full of weed, despite the wet grey weather we have enjoyed over the last few months, so by the time autumn is here and a few frosts have killed the weed off, the old sunken boat will have become a houseboat for Zander and Perch.
That'll be something to look forward too.
