An angler 's residence

The clue is in the name and what a great address for the dedicated roach angler; he'd never have to take his rod down. A pot of tea or a beer at the end of the garden and watch the red float tip in luxury. How civilised is that?
Right behind this terrace lies a lovely little stretch of reed fringed water with a few yellow water lilies just to enhance the 'Mr Crabtree' aesthetic.
It's good to know that even in the 1930's builders were decorating the facade of their buildings with simple, but relevant, typographic decoration. Bring it back we say.
Sadly they obviously saved money on the bricks to help pay for the mason's stone carving fee.
      You can't have everything.
