As the season of plenty continues I detect another feast on the way from this basket of courgettes. Firstly strips of courgette grilled on the barbecue, courgette rosti, the flowers cooked in tempura batter and sweet courgette pickle.
If there's a problem with the season of plenty it's just that all this fantastic fresh produce just keeps coming at you like a tsunami!
Now we have the big executive decision, what do we wash all this loveliness down with?
