A Prime Ministerial house

We spotted this cameo of beautifully incised type above the front door of a farmhouse when we were taking a cross country route to avoid the traffic clogged main roads.
There is no doubt that Disraeli didn't live here, definitely no blue plaque anywhere, and it's miles from Buckinghamshire and Hughenden Manor where he really did live.
But does it matter? No, it's a wonderful example of High Victorian type and anybody would be proud to have it adorning the lintel over their front door whether they were called Disraeli or not.
The typeface also reminds us of the 1960s, never mind the 1860s.
