Walking the two terriers through a heavy snowstorm the Nissen hut looks like shelter to the terrier who is being kept on his extending lead. Mostly white, Barney tends to blend in with the snow in the twilight despite his two brown patches, his Arctic camouflage in action.
Minnow, the other terrier, keeps me between herself and the wind, that's the benefit of age and experience you see. Meanwhile the landscape disappears into the snowstorm and the early twilight.
