As we walked the two terriers this morning we found plenty of evidence that the icy nip of winter has returned.
The spider's webs have the look of diamond encrusted tiaras until the watery sun warms them and the diamonds turn to dewdrops. Just how strong are these webs? They survive wind, rain, ice, snow and on the car's door mirrors they can go all the way to Newcastle and back.
We think that's pretty impressive. Carry on spiders.
