This little gem was spotted while we were stopped at some temporary four-way traffic lights so we just had time to take a quick photograph before the lights went green.
Now, is it a flower, fan or lotus? Perhaps it's just a little bit of Art Nouveau whimsy but it's definitely not Victorian. There isn't a lot of emphasis on the type but it works.
