Returning from a few hours Pike fishing, needless to say a blank, and this truly atmospheric view greeted me as I stared down the bonnet to the West.
It's a view of the Fenland landscape that seems to be the definition of Victorian Gothic. The Moonstone, The Woman in White, Dracula, Great Expectations, A Warning to the Curious; well really it all depends on your imagination as night draws in.
