An unusual and great name for a cottage but quite a big statement to make on a 1901 wall plaque.
It goes without saying that we haven't been inside but you can't help but be just a little curious. You can imagine the cottage changing with interior fashion and every new idea at the 'Ideal Home Show'. One minute the full Victorian, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Post-War austerity, the Festival of Britain, the Sixties, you'd be dizzy with all the changes.
Too hectic for us so we will just enjoy the name.
