The retired thunderbox



       Here is a little bit of agricultural history, unused and unloved, lying on its back.
       A portable field khazi as heavy as this just isn't convenient anymore and someone had to empty the bucket. I bet seniority amongst the farm workers rapidly came into play at that point!
      Just imagine it, a belting hot summer's day, it would have been at least twice as hot in there, it was urgent and you had to use this little beauty. What a treat, you would be lying on your back, never mind the khazi.
      To distract yourself you could have always counted the flies, so, thank goodness for the march of progress.
      Strangely it's not 'Norfolk Bog Door Blue'.
