Another loose tea packet, this time from the 'posh end' of Yorkshire, namely Taylors of Harrogate and they're still going strong.
In fact it's a flat sheet so the tea must have been weighed out as a quarter pound, a proper measurement by the way, then tipped onto the branded wrapper. Presumably this would have been followed by an exercise in cunning origami style folding to make the packet up into a little quarter pound 'brick'.
We bet that the assistant would have been wearing a brown coat style overall, a starched collar and a regimental tie with a sharp pencil in his top pocket.
"Will there be anything else sir?'
