A bum spud

The last round of potato digging and harvesting yielded this shapely beauty to add to our collection of photographs of bizarrely formed vegetables.
We really know how to enjoy ourselves in West Norfolk.
Known as a Maris Buttock or Maris Arse it will no doubt taste marvellous when it's eaten with butter and black pepper.
We wonder what the Bard, the Maris Bard would have written about it?
A spud, a spud, my kingdom for a spud.
      Perhaps not.
