We were out and about in West Norfolk last Saturday and decided to visit a vintage agricultural show and have a browse around.
In the static displays in the tented area we found the Two Rivers Brewery, a fudge and sweet maker, our local eel catcher Peter Carter and his fighting crayfish but the major discovery was a different collecting obsession. Paraffin heaters, how practical is that for a collecting hobby.
This picture is showing only a small section of the collection that was on display but you would definitely need an outbuilding for this hobby.
This however would seem to be the perfect winter hobby; finding the heaters, restoring them and then keeping wonderfully warm while cataloguing and admiring your collection. Perfect.
