A vibrant blue sky and and a vibrant blue field basking in the sunshine; after the yellow of the Rapeseed we now have the blue of the Linseed or Flax plant changing the landscape.
Where all of the Linseed goes we just don't know so it must be time to ask a farmer. Cattle feed? Food oils? Artist's Linseed? Cricket bats? Linseed finishes? Furniture? Decorating? medicine and diets? Linen fabric? What a lot questions to ask and it is used in all of them.
That will be a hell of a lot of cricket bats then and obviously yet another very versatile plant.
