Fresh Victoria Plums picked in the orchard only ten minutes before and soon to be converted, by the boss, into a plum and almond tart. Oh joy and delight.
Admittedly I did consume several plums while plundering the tree but they're good for you apparently. Well, I'll soon know.
Next the flan is ready for the oven and then after fifty minutes, alchemy; out she comes and I'm ready to test the finished product.
