'Spot the Ball', so it must be back to the Sixties with a cash prize that nobody ever won, well not as far as I know. The yellow object floating and trapped in the weed is possibly a football that had been given a good 'seeing too' by our second Jack Russell called Rufus; he who destroyed any kind of ball for fun and features in the Terrier Book as 'Ball Buster'. Either that or it's the biggest pike float ever.
The panels are a giveaway but what is this football doing in a Fenland drain miles from anywhere?
