You know the old saying, 'it's the rusty wheel that get the oil' or the 'squeaky wheel' in some versions. Either way this particular wheel hasn't seen a drop of 3-in-1 oil or paint since the old King was on the throne, or perhaps even earlier.
It's simply yet another piece of old, unwanted and unused agricultural machinery quietly rusting away in the corner of an orchard, I've said before that the value of the scrap metal lying around in these places must be colossal.
