Baked, boiled or scrambled?



      Our neighbours geese are on roll with their egg-laying. Is it because Easter is close, the weather is warming up or because it's spring? We don't know but believe me when the boss gets into cake making mode two of these large beauties added to the the mix help to produce a great result.
      What shall I request?
      A fruit cake? A coffee cake? Date and walnut or a cherry cake?
      Now I'm totally confused so perhaps I should go for a boiled goose egg and about one hundred toasted soldiers to dip into it, and a large pot of tea of course.
