Cow Parsley, a dyke and some poles

Everything is growing like crazy at the moment, the crops, wild flowers, reeds and rush. The warm damp weather and a little rain and the plants are away. The poles holding up the power lines don't move, obviously, but the Cow Parsley is turning the dyke sides white as the yellow of the oilseed rape fades to green in the field behind.
The dyke is jammed with reeds that the Reed Warblers will be utilising for their homes when the reeds are a little bit taller and the cuckoos, who do love to use a reed warblers nest have been around for a couple of weeks.
It's a busy time of the year all round.
