And why not? What's wrong with pink?
Even if it is a humble weed whose leaves have been gnawed, drilled and perforated by some caterpillar or bug of one kind or another.
We'll even let it off the fact that it is obscuring the view of our favourite transformer box and with even more plants and stems following and heading for the top of the fence it will soon have some serious competition.
Meanwhile let's find out just what it is called.
Apparently it's called a Common Mallow. Common? That's a bit harsh, it's not common it's pink.
Here's a bit more pink, not a wild flower but pinkish and a lovely pattern. Nice.
