Go on just reach up and flick the switchboard off and on again. Seriously, would you? No doubt the farmer would tell you, 'there's nothing dangerous to worry about my beauty, never let me down in forty years'. Really.
So it would seem that it's not just old and vintage agricultural equipment that is rotting and fading away.We found this electrical switchboard behind a decaying cold store and only because the rats that obviously live under the earth floor were interesting the two Jack Russells. The board does seem to be live judging by the master switch and that looks as if it hasn't been moved in decades.
No matter what the dare was I would not have a twiddle on there. Even the arrow seems to have the look of a potential fatality about it.
A nice bit of old type though.
