It looks like the Witchfinder General is going to be holding a New Year's eve party on this piece of farmland, well that or somebody has really upset the neighbours.
In truth we don't know what the construction is for, we thought jousting practice to begin with, but the timber is fixed at the base and doesn't swivel, so a gallows it has to be. You should never let the truth stand in the way of a good story.
