Those little white signs of hope have started appearing all over the garden in the last few weeks but so far no snow for the snowdrops to peep through.
Plenty of other bulbs are beginning to show but these cheerful little flowers are the always the first and it's a real pleasure to see them. A solo snowdrop appeared before the new year, he's the largest in this group, so it was obviously a case of 'up periscope' to check the weather and now his mates have joined him.
