This fellow looks a bit careworn in his holiday gear, we're assuming that the skeleton is a 'he' anyway and apparently it is a he. He's called Steve, maybe he's a football manager?.
There's the vintage Bush radio in the foreground so we think he must be listening to the Test Match, I know some people find cricket boring but he must have been bored to death. The sun block bottle is a nice touch though, as is the knotted handkerchief on the head, sorry skull.
In fact this charming little tableau is a display in somebody's front room window in the next village, eccentric or what?
It good to see that the Norfolk eccentric is alive, well and still has an undiminished and bizarre sense of humour.
