Hide the Jalapeño pickle



      The boss has been making the first jars of pickled Jalapeños. We first tried it last year and were a bit wary because the recipe is simple but the finished result is absolutely fantastic. We recommend it wholeheartedly, a real treat, with cheese, meat, salami, burgers and sausages; the list is almost endless.
      There are still a lot of Jalapeños to harvest in the greenhouse so, hopefully, more pickling will be done to replace those jars that will be plundered by family and friends.
