What's in a name? Yet again

Here we are again with yet another weird name for a small terrace of villas in West Norfolk.
Where the did the inspiration for this name come from? Scrabble or an anagram? This time it sounds like a link to somewhere in Alaska. Maybe the West Norfolk Mountain Rescue team trained there and this row of villas was named in honour of all those dedicated souls who honed their alpine skills in the area. Is it from Finland? That would sound right to us.
There you are then, Kotka Villas, lovely type and a very final and positive full point. Don't you dare argue with that.
