      Well, do you?
      A red diesel tank on a farm and the padlock is a testimony to our light-fingered friends, those people who don't like to buy anything, they simply steal it where and when they can.
      The padlock is in a direct line of sight from a bathroom window so woe betide anybody who decides to try and cut or saw it off, they are welcome to try if they think they can can outrun a round or the contents of a cartridge, well that's the impression I get having had a conversation with the owner of the tanks.
     Perhaps the lottery is a safer game of chance.
