The webs spun by spiders are always exquisitely highlighted in misty autumn sunlight and to us they are as much a part of the season in their small way as the great banks and hillsides of scene stealing trees with all their beautiful colours.
One thing that never ceases to amaze us is the sheer amount of webs spread over fields, gardens and in fact anywhere outdoors, there must be absolutely millions of spiders out there, everywhere. We love this rather abstract piece of web building, it's a little gothic and a little abstract at the same time.
