Massive pilings driven deep into the beach on the North Norfolk coast and they are protecting a headland with a large house built on it. You wonder why anyone would build a house in a place that is made up of dunes and shifting sands but there you are. The coast also has tidal surges, spring tides and gales to contend with too. Perfect building plot then.
Meanwhile the passage of time, salt water and sand is turning these massive steel reinforcements into a work of art. Digesting them you could say.
Oh and how could I forget, dog pee too, because every hound that is heading for the beach leaves his or her hormonal business card running down them too.
Dog piss post ochre TT?
