This'll warm you up




      Another creative session in the kitchen for the Boss, this time using up half of the remaining chillies to make a tabasco type of sauce. We've tried it with cheese, in tomato sauces for pasta, casseroles and in a Bloody Mary too, although vodka and tomato juice is not something I would want to drink it does seem to work really well; especially for dedicated Bloody Mary drinkers.
      There are still a pound or so of the aptly named 'Ring of Fire' chillies left so I have a feeling that we will be having a second edition of this sauce and already next years planting is being planned.
      Bring it on I say, but we could do with a second greenhouse.
