It was one of those irresistibly sunny, cold and very frosty mornings where you can take photographs of the big world or get close up and examine some of the little worlds that we are all surrounded by.
It goes without saying that an old fence panel painted in that irresistible hue Norfolk Bog Door Blue would be showing its best side in the sunlight. Slightly weathered the colour just seems to get brighter and brighter as the months roll by, in the sun it positively sparkles and in the gloom it glows.
Then there was a piece of wooden fence that must have been creosoted at one time with the sun gently melting the coating of frost away to reveal the weathered timber. However the hint of rusty red at the top in no way compensates for the lack of NBDB, still, beauty is in the eye of the beholder but it is all very Mark Rothko.
Then there was the rather splendid black lid to the bin that is dedicated to the disposal of dog poo bags. The melting frost looks like the edge of a galaxy far, far away.
Just remember to keep looking but do not do any sniffing.
Frost tastic TT
ReplyDeleteYou wouldn't want to be getting that close to the dig crap bin in the summer sun though.
