It rather looks if this old house is coming down. It has a builder's fence around it and Buddleia growing through the roof. It's fair to say that it isn't in good repair and even an enthusiastic young couple couldn't or wouldn't want to take it on as a project.
I've asked quite a few local people about who actually owns the house and they say they haven't got a clue, 'always been derelict', 'never known anyone to live there', 'no idea who owns it'. fairly standards replies.
