Some like it hot, we definitely like it hot

The two terriers seems to have become a blog concerned with the stomach and the 'shut-down' landscape. Predictably the two Jack Russells and I were wandering around an old orchard and I discovered this huge bed of wild Horseradish growing in one of the aisles of apple trees. Now, when you stumble upon something like this bonus you begin to think of are the dishes that the horseradish sauce would nicely compliment.
There's beef of course, roasted or barbecued, thinly sliced in a sourdough roll but I think that at the front of the tasty offerings is fresh mackerel, smoked, barbecued or grilled. Now while I'm on the subject of food those are Bramley Apple trees in the background which gets you thinking about pork and apple sauce.
We've done the spadework in finding the horseradish so now it's the spadework to get it out of the ground.
