We all know that delicious Jerusalem artichokes can be quite rude in the way that they can give you wind, on some occasions even uncontrollable wind. However this artichoke seems be managing two further levels of 'rudeness'.
It's either sticking up the middle finger at the world or it is being marginally more anatomical. We all love silly vegetables and their poses but this one seems have outdone some of the more gestural carrots. I have to report that it was roasted and scoffed with great delight and the usual sound effects. Well we all have to make sacrifices.
