The Boss and I were out on patrol, me driving and the Boss in the Turret, and on our journey we found a delightful copy of the poster that inspired John Lennon and Paul McCartney on the Beatles album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.
What a find and a lovely thing altogether, the type, the engravings, the border and the text, what a treat, a real piece of treasure and memorabilia.
However I would like to inform the audience that I will not be appearing on trampoline or leaping through hogsheads of real fire. In my youth maybe, but not anymore. Not even one Somersault or a Somerset, let alone twenty-one!
