I was out walking Lucie and enjoying the rare occurrence of some sunshine in the greyness when she stopped to sniff something and jumped back. She thought she'd seen an insect, a Bee of some kind, but on closer examination it wasn't a Bee, but a Bee Orchid and it fooled her. I suppose when you've had your nose stung in the past you do get a little wary. Anyway we don't see many of these and investigating the immediate area I found three more so it looks like there are more coming through, a rare treat.

Watch out for “stink bugs” one spewed some substance that is related to pesticides into our Welshie’s eyes. The vet said it was like pesticide poisoning. He’s fine but reasonably cautious of bugs.
